I placed quite a large order, which came within the timeframes specified the only issue i had was an item was broken when it arrived but i contacted support, email and within 24h was isuued a refund for broken item. Was concerned there was not a number to call and speak to a person but contacting then through email was quick and easy. from ordering to items arriving the process was pain free and in the future will order from Healthysupplies again

H00V7A0002962893 made the order on 1st of November, almost £60 order, I am still waiting....evry only delivered 1 of the item of the order. Few days ago I sent an email to healthy supplies asking, but not respond. Hopefully now they ll see my feedback and do something about it. Very disappointing.

Ordered chocolates for a birthday gift. Due to poor packaging and Healthy Supplies squeezing the whole order in a tiny box; they arrived damaged and crushed - not great when it’s meant to be a present. Refused to send a replacement or refund despite providing photos. Although the taste of the chocolate may not be affected, it’s not great presenting opened and crushed food as a gift.
