Sam Betu and Donald fitted fibre into my flat today. I’m finally glad that fibre has been rolled out to my area. Sam and Donald were very friendly, courteous and professional throughout the installation process. I would also comment that the whole process of organising the broadband through G Network was straightforward and it was easy to get hold of their customer service to ensure a smooth transition between my old provider and them.

Snipped my fibre by accident, called G-Network 9pm at night. They came to fix it 3pm the next day, amazing and efficient service. Aaron Hunter was fast, professional, and got the job done quickly and safely.

I’m not a G.Network customer but my neighbour's cabling and box are on the front of my house and are quite unsightly. I thought having it moved would be a nightmare. I anticipated auto-response emails and apathy. How wrong I was.

G.Network’s service agent, Will, responded to my request quickly and with a warm, human tone. He offered to send an engineer to reposition the box to my liking. We agreed a time and the engineer, Lewis, has just left. Lewis arrived exact on time, was professional, friendly and came up with a great solution.

I can’t vouch for the speed or consistency of their broadband but I can tell you this. The world needs more people like Lewis and Will.

Siamak arrived within the expected window. The work required was more than anticipated, but he cheerfully worked out his schedule so he could finish the job in one visit. He was thoughtful in planning the installation and careful in executing it. The installation worked very well when he finished and he stayed to ensure all was satisfactory. Good cleanup after. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
