"Cleaning after drilling on the walls was not good. Dirt was trapped in the glues on the wall."

Before the appointment, I asked G Network if the installation that involves drilling will make sure the cleaning, and was confirmed so. On the day, the engineer didn't bring any paper to cover the floor and carpet, no hoover either. I mentioned this to the engineer and offered to place papers on the floor myself at places needed. Towards the end of the work, I went to another room and in split second I heard drilling again, I went over and see mess on the floor on areas thats not covered by paper. This annoyed me given I explicitly said let's cover the area of drilling. Also when the engineer applying glue to fix the cables on the wall, dirt was trapped and I wasn't informed. I could have cleaned the areas before. As an experienced engineer, it should have been informed to me.

Here we are again, 4th rime without internet for over 10 hours due to their router not connecting, have had numerous outages in the 3 months with them, even the engineer saying get the router swapped but G network still blaming me for using a firewall
