Donald was absolutely excellent this morning. He came in to install a fibre connection to my flat and finished in two hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he showed a true passion for his job. I enjoyed hearing his technical explanations for everything he was doing. Would highly recommend!

Avoid under all circumstances. While the engineers who connected my service were great, every other part of the service was deeply disappointing and frustrating. Terrible customer service, unclear communication and their system seems to cause loads of problems. I had a number of problems with them but by far the worst was that while I signed up to the switching process and entered all the details of my previous provider, they didn’t confirm the switch date and so I ended up having to pay months of additional service charges with my previous provider provider as they didn’t cancel my old service. When I contacted customer service about this I was told that I put in a switch order but there was an additional step to confirm permission to switch that I hadn’t completed - and it is utterly unclear to me where I was supposed to have done that. This is also absurdly ironic - they call their switching service “One Touch Switch” - which clearly involves more than “one touch”. Having entered the details of my previous provider including account details and confirming that I wanted them to switch me, apparently they have another step after this that wasn’t clearly communicated to me. Having not been notified that I hadn’t fully consented after filling out all the forms in the sign up including the stuff on switching, I’m still not sure what more I was supposed to have done. When I contacted my previous provider to cancel the service after unexpectedly receiving a bill a month after my service was supposed to have been switched, they told me they had a switch order on the system from GNetwork, but they had never been given a confirmation date (I was already connected to their service for nearly a month by this point). So I did apparently start the switch but they never confirmed it with the provider. When I contacted GNetwork they said there was an additional step I hadn’t completed (despite filling out all forms in signup including switch and being told by the engineers who connected me that they would handle the switch). So I’m left with loads of extra charges. Do not bother with these guys. Terrible experience, unclear communication, awful customer service.
Edit: As of 2 weeks after G Network posted the response below, no one has contacted me. Their response is misleading and dishonest.
