I requested GNet to provide me the fibre broadband. Mr David Asamoah was assigned to make arrangements for setting up the Fibre system and take care of technical side .
David called me a couple of times to find out my requirements and any issues relating to installation vis a vis my property .
I am pleased that everything was arranged in an efficient manner and the designated technician Mr German Schmidt carried out the installation in a highly professional way .
Both David and German ensured that my requirements are met and I am satisfied.
I am Thankful to GNet , David Asamoah & German Schmidt for providing a highly efficient fibre broadband service.

"Absolutely shambolic experience from start to finish"
Our experience with G Network has been awful.
The initial installation was a joke. The agent we were assigned was impossible to contact - at one point we were told "he had technical difficulties working from home", which was why he couldn't respond to us.
When the installation actually happened, it was also chaos. The first time - they installed a faulty router in the back of a cluttered cupboard. They then installed a second router which then also turned out to be faulty.. In the end, we ended up having four more engineer visits, three routers, plus multiple troubleshooting calls to try and sort it out.
We had no usable internet for the first month of our contract, and even now it barely works. The range on all three routers has been appalling—each one struggled to cover even a single medium-sized room. Forget the rest of the house. (The router we had from our previous wifi provider covered most of the house with no issues). We've had to spend £100+ separately on a mesh network to try and get some usable service.
To top it all off, my complaint has been completely ignored. I was told multiple times someone would “get back to me by the end of the week”—but I haven't received any meaningful response for three weeks.
This company has wasted our time, our money, and our patience. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent advice (from Sabine Heller) about pricing and installation and excellent installation by engineer German Schmidt. This is a whole different world than my indifferent experience with (much more expensive) Virgin where the whole organisation seems to have become robotised to the disadvantage of the customer.
