"G.Network are relatively new to our…"

G.Network are relatively new to our area of Central London and we have tried other WiFi providers before deciding to try G.Network. Installation was quick and painless and charges were very reasonable.
However, we went "off-line" a couple of days ago BUT before we had even started to try and recover WiFi we received a message from G.Network that "our area was experiencing problems with the WIFI and that there was an engineer working on the problem and our reception would shortly be back to normal". All this was done without us having reported anything wrong. Great to have such a reliable WiFi provider at last. Thank you G.Network !!!!!

Cesar, the engineer who came to see us, was incredibly kind, courteous and very friendly. He explained what he was doing and his process, all in clear and simple terms. He was able to overcome a few issues that were thrown his way with the install; nothing phased him. He turned up on time, did the work efficiently, was super accommodating and made sure that he left once I was comfortable with everything.

We had a great experience with set up, with the engineer coming out within a week of ordering the package. Rasharn, our customer support guy helped us through the whole process and was super responsive to emails, always getting back to us within an hour. The process felt really personal and felt like it was build by londoners for londoners.
