Another impressive and professional service by G-Network. Engineers Luis and Jermaine were brilliant. Both were determined to activate my full-fibre installation despite cars being parked over the G-Networks hubs, even though parking suspension notifications were in place! Luis and Jermaine were not deterred. Rather than rescheduling my appointment, they notified Westminster Council and the offending cars were removed! Luis and Jermaine returned at the end of the day to set me up, even though their shifts had ended. I’m delighted. I now have a super fast download speed of 948 Mbit/s and an upload speed of 949 Mbit/s in all areas of my flat. Another 10/10 service for G-Network and their engineers Luis and Jermaine. I highly recommend.

Great service. G.Network - Gary Hudson, called me soon as I had joined online to book the installation date and followed up all the way through the installation process. The engineer - Cesar, was brilliant. Very efficient and helpful. he ran the cable through the wall at the exact point i preferred even though it was slightly trickier there. He also set up the router and the booster connection and talked me through it. Really thorough and professional.

Great service!! When we had a service outage one evening, they helped troubleshoot it and when it didn’t work they sent a technician the next day. The technician, Kaval was awesome! Was punctual, courteous and professional and solved the problem even though it was caused because of a lousy job that was done by another provider.

Even though there were problems with installation (not due to technicians issue, rather an issue with my building/flat), Luis did a fantastic job trying every solution he could think of and really going above and beyond. He walked us through what he was doing and was very well mannered and friendly. Safe to say I could recommend G Network solely by Luis’s service, not to mention G Networks all round customer service and swiftness.

Our business has suffered repeated outages in Covent Garden. My main gripe - after the fact that the network goes down- is that getting hold of someone or getting information from G-Networks is a nightmare. If they have reports on their website then they are well hidden!

To be absolutely fair they did fix the problem within a couple of hours and it turned out they had emailed me to let us know there was an outage. Of course, since the system was down I could not pick up emails. Why don’t they put a report on their website that I could access from my phone and why do they not pick up the phone? They also had a phone message telling me they would call back but they didn’t
