Cesar from GNetwork was friendly, calm and resourceful. He worked from 9am to 3pm to connect me to full fibre broadband. He was courteous to neighbours when they asked him questions & when he needed them to move their car.

Technician was on time and professional. Internet has been working very well. I was told that I would get a call before the technician's arrival but this did not occur. It all worked out as I was home. I reached out twice on an issue via the online chat but did not get the promised call-back. I then tried the customer service line and again the promised call back never came. I finally got a rapid and complete response to my email.

Luis was very nice, did the installation well and even though there was an issue with the cable he went and made sure it was working.
Silly thing, but I appreciate he took the shoes off when entering, even though he was constantly in and out.
We’ll see about the connection, but at least the installation went well.

Fazle was absolutely fantastic - professional, kind and hardworking. He had to come back twice as I’d accidentally ripped the cord out but he was so nice and made me feel like he was doing everything as quickly as possible to make sure my internet was up and running.
