"Cancellation without consent"

I booked a hotel in Miami and they cancelled it.
I was sent an email stating that they can't confirm my booking. I was asked to call the hotel. On calling the hotel I found that the confirmed reservation was cancelled by hotelsclick.com without my consent.
On top of that there customer service is horrible. No one replies to your call as well as your emails.
Definitely! Definitely! never use there services. Worst hotel booking online platform that I have come across.

Lo mismo que los últimos comentarios. Esta empresa es una estafa. Me cancelaron la reserva hecha desde Agosto y lo que más duele, no es sólo que los hoteles en fechas navideñas son mucho más caros, sino que aún no me han devuelto el dinero que bien se cobraron en el mes de Agosto (casi 400 eur). Son unos sinvergüenzas.

Me uno a la demanda colectiva para recuperar el dinero. Mi mail es jometu gmail.com

je suis dans la même situation, reservé 2 chambres du 07/01 au 9/01/19 à cuba, le 28 j'ai reçu le même mail !! et le 29 une confirmation d'annulation!! depuis pas de nouvelles ! pas de remboursement, pas de réponse aux mails et impossible de les avoir au téléphone !! j'espère avoir des nouvelles autrement je porte pleinte aussi!! 302€!!!

Gjorde 2 bokningar varav den första blev makulerad omedelbart och jag fick tillbaka betalningen direkt, men bokning nr 2 makulerades efter någon vecka, och då rekommenderades jag att ta kontakt med hotellet direkt eller göra en ny bokning med något annat bokningsföretag. Båda makuleringar berodde på omständigheter de inte kunde rå för. Gjorde då en ny bokning och begärde min betalning åter. Har fortfarande efter 3 veckor inte fått några pengar tillbaka och till en början svarade de på mail och bad om ursäkt och att jag skulle få information om hur jag skulle begära mina betalning åter. Har nu mailat ett antal gånger och nu svarar de inte på mailen, så nu försöker jag att ringa och det verkar ju också vara helt omöjligt att komma i kontakt. Deras operatörer är ju hela tiden upptagna. Oavsett hur detta slutar kommer jag aldrig mer använda mig av denna bokningssida. så ett stort - för Hotelsclick.com

Niestety HotelsClick sam anulowal moją rezerwację, tłumacząc się trudnościami administracyjnymi, pieniądze z karty zostały pobrane i oczywiście są nie do odzyskania, nikt nie odbiera telefonu, a sam hotel twierdzi, że nie jest to przypadek odosobniony i zachęca do rezerwacji bezpośrednio u nich, zmuszona jestem złożyć doniesienie o oszustwie na policję, nie polecam tej strony, kolejnej rezerwacji dokonalam bezpośrednio w hotelu i ni była ona dużo wyższa😢

"Scam artist"

For everyone to share stay away from this company they scam hard working honest people there hard earned money for once lifetime holiday. Booked and received confirmation then 2 month before we were about to go they sent a email saying by booking in cancelled No Refund or any explanation whatsoever. They never answer their phones or respond to emails. This site should be REMOVED

"This company appears to be fraudulent"

This company appears to be fraudulent. BEWARE! Booked hotel rooms for $351 in April 2018 for a trip in spring of 2019. Received an email similar to so many posted reviews that "they could not guarantee my reservation due to technical and administrative problems."

I received all their empty promises of getting future emails regarding "a process to follow for my refund." I HAVE LAUNCHED A CREDIT CARD FRAUD INVESTIGATION THROUGH MY BANK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

"During a busy trade fair week my hotel got cancelled 3 days before check in!"

During a busy trade fair week my hotel in Miami got cancelled 3 days before check-in. They send a mail that I will be informed about my reimbursement and which procedure to follow. They kept my money for half a year and now I have to follow an unknow procedure to get my money back. Sounds criminal to me, I’m not sure if the booking ever existed.....

"I'd give zero stars if I could"

Absolutely appalling situation. Like everyone here I booked a hotel (in Tallinn, Estonia) and received the same email cancelling the booking. I called the hotel and they said that the booking had been made but Hotelsclick.com hadn't paid them. I paid in full in September.

I've contacted them by email and phone several times over the last two weeks and have received no reply.

I have just logged a dispute via my credit card company. They have informed me that they will pursue Hotelsclick.com on my behalf and refund me the money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
