"No refund for a refundable booking!"
I booked an refundable booking with this Agency and payed up front, after one month I recieve an e-mail from them that they can not confirm my booking although I have payed and recieved a voucher for the hotel and the hotel confirms that I have an reservation also. So I cancell my booking with the Agency and they confirm the cancellation, I have still not recieved my refund for 1530 Euros and it is now one month ago that I received a written cancellation from them! They do not answer my e-mails and the phonenumber I have to them is not in use anymore! I am so sad and frustrated, do not book with this Agency!

Prenotato hotel a Shanghai dal 13 al
17 maggio 2019. Euro 725,50 già pagati inclusi di assicurazione medica per il soggiorno all’estero. Mi arriva email di cancellazione il 28 novembre 2018 con istruzioni per il rimborso entro i 15gg successivi. Nulla. Solo bugie da HotelsClick.
Questa e’una Truffa a tutti gli effetti.
Mi chiedo come si possa non bloccare questa società e prendere i responsabili?
I dati della società sono tutti disponibili. Incluso amministratori volendo.
Oggi sporgerò denuncia alla polizia postale e ai carabinieri.!!

"Geld weg kein Hotel"
Wir hatten im September, für Dezember, zwei Doppelzimmer in Kirchberg im Lifthotel gebucht. Diese Zimmer wurden uns vom Hotel einen Tag vor anreise storniert, da HotelsClick nicht bezahlt hat. Noch haben wir keine Antwort wie und ob wir unsere Zahlung jemals wiedersehen. Es ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit erst das Geld zu kassieren und dann die Leistung zu verweigern. Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten und einen Fernsehsender hinzuziehen.

"Ya me han devuelto el dinero"
A mi también me cancelaron la reserva sin previo aviso. Fui a mi banco y junto a una denuncia en la comisaría, ellos iniciaron los trámites porque Visa tiene un seguro y ellos devuelven el dinero. En 20 días me han ingresado el dinero. Dejaos de denuncias colectivas e id a vuestro banco ya a reclamar el dinero que hay un plazo para ello, y si reclamáis después no veréis un duro.

Crap customer service, no signs of refund, and no reply from them via any means.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LITERALLY SCAMMERS.
I can't give one star and they are too far away to slap someone.

"Inaffidabili, da denuncia"
Ho prenotato una camera per la notte di San Silvestro all'hotel Imperiale a Rimini con hotelsclick.com con cancellazione gratuita, ma il 27 novembre mi è giunta una mail in cui hanno cancellato la prenotazione senza la mia autorizzazione e dicendomi che entro 15 giorni mi avrebbero restituito i sold, ma è passato un mese e non è successo nulla. Al call centre non sono mai riuscito a parlare con nessuno anche aspettando 20-30 minuti. Nei prossimi giorni sporgero' denuncia alle pubbliche autorità.

De förtjänar inte ens en stjärna i betyg. 1,5-2 månader efter att jag gjort min bokning fick jag ett mail från HotelsClick om att min bokning plötsligt hade avbokats pga. omständigheter de inte kunde råda över. Summan jag hade betalat skulle återbetalas inom 15 dagar. Nu, en månad efter att jag fick deras mail, har jag ännu inte fått mina pengar tillbaka. Trots idoga försöka svarar de aldrig på e-post eller telefon. Sist jag provade ringa uppgavs att numret inte längre var i bruk. Och deras sociala medier verkar dessutom ha stängts ner helt. Man behöver inte leta länge på internet innan man inser att flertalet andra kunder har drabbats av samma sak.

Booked our Holiday hotel through Hotelsclick.com we called the hotel to confim our reservation they said it had been cancelled by a third party over a month ago ( Hotelsclick.com ) we did call couple days after we made our reservation and it showed our reservation was good however 1 week before we leave ( Jan 11th ) we had our doubts judging by all the related reviews so we called the hotel and indeed it had been cancelled.
Tried contacting them , They do not answer their phones, return voice messages etc. We waited on hold for over 40 min and still no answer.
This Company is a SCAM if you too want to loose $3500 then feel free booking through them , However they will never see us or any of our friends again. Now we need to deal with credit card company to see if we can get a refund on our credit card.
