Received this email today;

in reference of your reservation (booking number H2018-84975 ), we regret to inform you that it is not possible to follow the refund procedure indicated on the automated email you received.
In these days we are committed, assisted by our trusted consultants, in the study and in the preparation of the most suitable measures to deal with the critical issues that have surfaced in the last months of activity and in relation to which we extend our sincere apologies.
It will be our prior concern to inform you as soon as possible about the initiatives adopted and continuously adopting to protect the entire creditor class.

If you have refund issue, and you paid with your credit card, or via paypal, then try raising a disputed transaction with them. If you live in the UK then you have 180 days from purchase to dispute the transaction where you have not received value for the payment made. Might be the same for other countries, I don't know.

I too have been scammed by Hotelsclick.com is a scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I paid for hotel in Edinburgh June 2018 and 1 week before due to arrive in December, I was advised there had been a technical issue and the room had been cancelled. I cannot get in touch to speak with anyone and e-mails go unanswered. I have asked the bank to intervene as I still have not had a refund.

Sito truffaldino, prima accettano la prenotazione e il pagamento poi cambiano la camera a loro piacimento, dicono che posso annullare entro una tal data cliccando sul tasto nel mio profilo....non esiste tale tasto.
Ho annullato tramite mail entro la data limite con minaccia di ricorso al mio legale, hanno accettato l'annullamento nei loro tempi e a distanza di un mese dicono che non possono procedere col rimborso per problemi di criticità e che il sistema automatico mi ha mandato la mail...sicuramente il sistema automatico!
Mi avevano avvisato di stare alla larga da questo sito....
Fortunatamente ho pagato con paypal che mi ha tutelato 1300 euro!!!

Hotelzimmer wurde eigenmächtig storniert. Gutschrift bis heute (3 Monate) nicht erteilt. Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet. Telefonisch keiner erreichbar. Vorsicht!!!

"Never use Hotelsclick.com"
I booked with hotelsclick for accommodation in Perth over Christmas. Hotelsclick confirmed my 2 nights accommodation for 3 rooms and the reservation was paid in full.
A few months prior to my stay, i received an email from hotels click advising that my booking had been canceled due to an admin and technical error. I contacted the hotel directly and they confirmed my booking had been canceled by Hotelsclick. After numerous emails back and forth, Hotelclick have advised that they can't refund my money as per their policy.
Their service is absolutely appaulling

Hotelsclick.com is a scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Hotelsclick sent an email cancelling a booking (H2018-86760) on the 27/11/2018, they advised up to 15 days to get a refund. It is now 14/01/2019 no refund. I have rang and emailed multiple times with no response.

"Truffa, ma ho ottenuto il rimborso"
Anche io come tutti sono stato truffato. Ho prenotato un hotel a Malta per una settimana pagandolo 531 euro, prenotazione effettuata tramite Hotelsclick.com ma verso fine dicembre mi hanno cancellato unilateralmente la mia prenotazione. Mi hanno promesso un rimborso che non è mai arrivato, trovo il tutto una cosa inaccettabile, vergognosa e che non mi è mai capitata prima. Auguro il peggio agli amministratori di questa società.
Devo solo ringraziare la mia banca visto che verso fine dicembre ho presentato una contestazione di addebito e mi hanno restituito venerdì scorso la somma per intero che mi era stata rubata da Hotelsclick!

"Betrug"
Ich kann es nur als Betrug bewerten. Meine Buchung zu stornieren ohne mir den gezahlten Betrag zurück zu überweisen. Ich habe das Zimmer somit doppelt gezahlt. Einmal im Hotel zu einem höheren Preis und an Hotelsclick.com. Auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung,reagiert Hotelsclick.com nicht. Das ist Betrug und ich rate jedem davon ab, dort zu buchen.

"Habe am 28.10.2018 über HotelsClick 2…"
Habe am 28.10.2018 über HotelsClick 2 Zimmer gebucht, am 29.10.2018 erfolgte die Zahlung per Kreditkarte. Nur durch Zufall, ich wollte noch Parkplätze am Hotel reservieren, erfuhr ich das die Zimmer ca.1 Woche vor Anreise trotz Buchungsbestätigung grundlos und ohne eine Information an mich storniert wurden.
Eine Rückzahlung erfolgte bis heute nicht!!!
Auf 2 Mails an customercare hotelsclick.com erfolgte keine Reaktion!!
Ich fordere hiermit HotelsClick letztmalig auf, mein Geld auf die zur Zahlung genutzten Kreditkarte zurück zu buchen, ansonsten werde ich Anzeige wegen Betrugs erstatten.
