"Escroquerie"

Comme pour beaucoup, hotelclick a encaissé mon argent sans jamais effectué de réservation auprès de l hôtel. Aucune réponse à mes réclamations. J'ai porté plainte.

How can I get this website shut down? We are out $4000. I am beyond upset, there are no words to describe this. We have been planning this trip since we got married 10 years ago and now we can't go. I was redirected to this site from kayak and was excited to see the lower price that they offered. Booking was confirmed, and then a month later we received an email saying that our booking was cancelled. I contacted the resort directly, and they have no reservation there for us. It's been 6 weeks since that cancellation email and we still don't have a refund. There are some sick people in this world. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

ma réservation a été annulée par hotel click pour des raisons techniques à ce jour je ne suis toujours pas remboursé. ce site est compagnie d'escroc. surtout n'y allez pas.

Delinquenti truffatori,in Paesi civili finirebbero in galera e ci resterebbero,ma in Italia figuriamoci. L'augurio piu' sincero che rivolgo loro è che tutti i soldi rubati li utilizzinio per curare gravi patologie.

Leur site est toujours ouvert et continue à faire des nouvelles victimes.
C'est honteux.
Comment un site peut continuer à sevir alors que les commentaires sont si nombreux sur différents forums...
J"ai saisi en ligne des dossiers auprès de la Répression des fraudes, la Commission Européenne et un site pr les fraudes en ligne.
Il est urgent que ce site ferme et soit condamné

"Qualche notizia sulla societa' che ci ha truffati"

Qualche aggiornamento che puo' essere vantaggioso per l'enorme esercito dei truffati. Hotelsclick oramai non e' piu' operativo e forse la societa' e' in liquidazione.
Tuttavia l'amministratore delegato assieme ad un paio di ex dipedenti sono ancora alacremente al lavoro nel settore del turismo, essendo passati ad operare in una societa', guarda caso avente lo stesso indirizzo fisico di Hotelsclick.
L'amministratore delegato figura sotto pseudonimo, giusto per non dare troppo nell'occhio..

PS: e' la terza volta che Hotelsclick segnala la mia recensione, cercando di farla eliminare. La lingua batte dove il dente duole?

I booked and paid with my credit card for a holiday to Bali with hotel click, I did go on trivago and they redirected me to hotels click. To cut a long story short like everyone else on this site they took my money then cancelled it in November, my husband and I must have sent 50 emails within a 6 week period, sometimes we would get a message back saying we would get a refund in 3 to 15 days, but it never came. I sent a email to Trivago telling them what had happened and a guy sent an email tell me that he would try to help me but I had to see if my bank would help me with a refund first, so I contacted my bank and it took about 4 weeks but im happy to say I received a full refund today, Im one happy lady. Bali here we come. STAY AWAY FROM HOTELSCLICK

"ESTAFADOS POR HOTELSCLICK A TRAVÉS DE TRIVAGO!!!"

nos estafaron, hicimos una reserva en el Hotel Cordón de Plata de la ciudad de Mendoza en Argentina a través de hotelsclick.com, fuimos redireccionados por trivago, pagamos nuestra reserva con mucha anterioridad con tarjeta visa en un pago, al llegar al hotel nos habían cancelado la reserva, sin avisos previos,a casi un mes de la estafa solo recibimos un mail diciendo que no podían hacer el reembolso y que se contactarán con nosotros, todo es mentira, no atienden los llamados telefónicos. me parece que son una asociación de mafiosos juntos con TRIVAGO. mucho cuidado a todos.
