En el mes de septiembre hice reserva en un hotel en islas mauricio para 8 personas para el mes de Febrero 2019. Despues de un largo viaje llegamos al hotel a las 2 am y sencillamente cancelaron la reserva que teniamos pagada de $6800 dolares. Intenté comunicarme con ellos durante dos meses y nada . Es una verguenza

NEVER USE HOTELSCLICK.com, if I could shout this from the roof tops I would. I booked a hotel through them because I really wanted this specific hotel for a special event, but every other site listed the hotel as sold out(should have seen this as a red flag). So I used them, thinking it had to be on the up and up because the payment went through my Amazon account. 3 months after I booked the room I received a cancellation notice. They cancelled the room without my authorization. They took my money, I lost the room and could not go to the event because I did not have a place to stay. HotelsClick.com will not answer the phone or any emails. I have left numerous voicemails, but no one gets back to me. I encourage everyone to NEVER use this site it is not legitimate. You will lose your money and your vacation will be ruined.

"Booked a hotel"

Booked a hotel, then just one month befor the stay they sent me an email which said there is no guarantee for my paid reservation. I canceled it within the cancelation deadline and recieved the cancelation email with the promise of returning my money within two or three weeks. As I did not recieve the money, I contacted my bank and did the force back payment procedure.
They are clearly a froud organisation.

Finalmente....dopo molti mesi dall'esborso avvenuto agli inizi di settembre 2018 e grazie alla mia banca ho ricevuto il rimborso del denaro pagato. Non posso che ringraziare il gruppo bancario a cui si appoggia la mia carta di credito, e non posso che sconsigliare vivamente di cadere in simili tranelli. Stay away from Hotelsclick and from other firms belonging to same group.

"Hotelsclick ¡¡Un fraude!!"

Hice una reserva en junio para las fechas más difíciles (navidades), en una Isla muy saturada en México (Holbox). En noviembre Hotelsclick me envía un correo de cancelación cuando ya es imposible encontrar otras opciones y sin oportunidad de cancelar boletos de avión. Desde la fecha de cancelación, he enviado diversos correos y hasta el día de hoy no me han reembolsado la cantidad que pagué de $16,813.50, aproximadamente $883.85 USD.

Ya no responden mis correos, es imposible comunicarse en sus teléfonos y sigo esperando una respuesta así como una indemnización por este gran inconveniente que arruinó las vacaciones de mi familia.

Booked a nights stay at Dubai International Airport Hotel. It was the cheapest I found from all the other sites. All good when we got to the hotel. They found our booking straight away and checked us in no problems.

Booked a hotel a few months in advance, cancelled by hotelsclick.com with no notice or reason why. I called to find out what's going on and when I would get my refund but was out on hold for up to an hour each time. No response from emails so had to claim back through my bank after getting them to investigate. I will never use this website again. I would give 0 stars if I could... AVOID!!

Victime de hotelsclick comme beaucoup après une plainte à la police et monter un dossier auprès de ma banque j’ai obtenu le remboursement de ma banque grâce à l’ass De ma carte de crédit ,j’espère que ces voleurs vont payer leurs Escoquerie

"Hotels Click stole my money"

Hotels Click stole my money. My story is very similar to others' here. I booked a hotel room through hotelsclick.com. The booking was then cancelled without warning or explanation and no refund was given. I've had no replies to my emails and when phoning their customer support line, I am put on hold indefinitely. I'm now trying to reclaim the funds I've lost through my credit card company. Do not book with Hotels Click.
