Truffatori maledetti..... qualcuno di voi ha un recapito di qualcuno un nome un numero di telefono che non sia quello sul sito??? Qualche dirigente o qualcosa??? Oltre ad aver cancellato senza motivo e senza spiegazioni sono scomparsi con i soldi e abbiamo dovuto prenotare con altri mezzi pagando quasi il doppio ...

ESTAFADORES, LADRONES! ARMARON UN BUEN ESQUEMA Y VOLUMEN Y SE ARRANCARON CON EL DINERO DE TODOS NOSOTROS

Reservamos y nos cobraron el 100% en noviembre y días antes de llegar al hotel, nos envían email diciendo que la reserva ya no está vigente. Obviamente, ya no quedaban habitaciones disponibles y tuvimos que reorganizar todo a última hora.
A pesar de numerosos emails y llamados a varios de sus teléfonos (los cuales nunca contestan), no reembolsaron NADA. USD 440 a la basura. Por suerte eran sólo 3 noches. El resto por Booking.com y Hoteles.com que siempre funcionan perfecto.

BEWARE! This company is a total scam. We made hotel reservations for Puerto Vallarta in June 2018 for Feb. 2019. They took our credit card payment and in November sent a poorly written email saying they couldn't honor our reservations and would let us know how to get a refund. They won't answer their phones or email and I'm out $2100.

Unseriöser Anbieter. Unterkunft am 02.01.2019 wurde von ihm storniert. Das Geld wurde nicht zurück gezahlt. Nur Scherereien.

Ciao, anche a me è stata cancellata 2 gg prima la prenotazione per Tallin senza richiesta e in più mi ha messo in difficoltà in quanto c'era un evento in città e ho dovuto pagare per una camera molto cara ad uno degli unici alberghi con ancora disponibilità.

Nessun rimborso ne indennizzo per l'accaduto. Nessuna risposta al telefono.

Mi hanno risposto via mail il 14/01:

con riferimento alla Sua prenotazione, spiace dover comunicare che non è possibile dare seguito al rimborso così come indicato nella mail a Lei inviata in automatico dal sistema

In questi giorni siamo impegnati, assistiti dai nostro consulenti di fiducia, nello studio e nell’approntamento delle misure più idonee a fronteggiare le criticità che sono emerse negli ultimi mesi di attività e in relazione alle quali porgiamo le nostre scuse.

Sarà nostra premura informarla quanto prima delle iniziative adottate e adottande anche a tutela dell’intero ceto creditorio.

"In February 2018 I paid HotelsClick.com…"

In February 2018 I paid HotelsClick.com in full for our hotel Newport Bay Club & park passes, Disney Paris, we were travelling 2nd December 2018, 3 adults & 1 child. They confirmed and sent vouchers. An email came through 30th November letting me know they had cancelled. I called them using 2 phones all day 1st December, sent email but had no reply. Called Newport Bay hotel direct to be informed HotelsClick.com had never reserved or paid for our accommodation, or park passes. This company should be closed down they do not answer emails and have not refunded a penny of the money I paid them in February 2018.

Come molti altri sono stato truffato dal sito in questione. Ho prenotato un albergo a Gran Canaria e dopo il bonifico da me effettuato nei tempi richiesti mi sono visto arrivare una email di cancellazione prenotazione. Dopo svariate email ancora non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta per riavere i soldi (€ 2240) e continuano a rimbalzare la cosa con la scusa di impegni verso i loro assistiti, e nell’approntamento delle misure più idonee a fronteggiare le criticità che sono emerse negli ultimi mesi di attività e in relazione alle quali porgiamo le nostre scuse.
NON PRENOTATE MAI PIU

Hotelzimmer wurde von HotelsClick eigenmächtig storniert.
Eine Anfrage (Kontaktformular und Mail) zu den Gründen wurde zeitnah beantwortet.
Seitdem waren alle Kontaktversuche erfolglos.
Telefonisch über mehrere Rufnummern absolut unerreichbar.

Eine Erstattung hätte (unter Berücksichtigung der 15 Tage Bearbeitungszeit von HotelsClick und des Abrechnungszyklus' des Kreditkarteninstituts) schon längst stattfinden müssen.

This site is a scam. They told me the hotel emailed them cancelling my reservation, but in reality HotelsClick is the one who cancelled my reservation and will not refund my prepaid funds. I called the hotel to confirm, and the hotel said that HotelsClick is the one who cancelled my reservation.
They are like an insurance company. They rely on the hope that you will eventually get tired of trying to get your money back from them.

Took my money for a hotel booking then cancelled the booking without notice to me. Found out at the hotel on the day we tried to check in. Had to book and pay for another room as unable to speak with Hotel Click customer service. Now they're refusing to refund the money even though the service wasn't provided and the hotel never received the funds. Rubbish company
