"HotelsClick.com robs you! Don’t use them!"

Wow! Very similar to many other folks, I booked in full with HotelsClick in June 2018 and they cancelled my room in Dec 2018 and said they would refund me, but nothing yet. I have emailed and called them numerous times. No response. Waited up to 1 hour on hold and then finally left a message.... multipmle times. No response. What a scam! Please do not ever use them! I wish I would have checked Google sooner about this horrendous company! Use well known companies like Expedia or Travelocity!

Ich hatte mit einer Freundin ein Hotelzimmer zu einem günstigeren aber immer noch hohen Preis gebucht. Wir buchten im JUNI für DEZEMBER! Das Geld würde natürlich sofort abgebucht und wir bekamen den Hotel-voucher. Eine Woche vor dem Aufenthalt bekamen wir eine Mail, dass unsere Buchung nicht garantiert ist und wir uns bitte persönlich an das Hotel wenden sollen. Über den Kundendienst war natürlich niemand erreichbar. Im Hotel lag unsere Buchung natürlich nicht vor. Wir mussten dann zusätzlich 500€ bezahlen, damit wir noch ein Zimmer bekommen. Seitdem haben wir weder eine Entschuldigung noch das Geld erstattet bekommen. Es reagiert keiner auf unsere Mails. Kein Telefonkontakt möglich.

Wir haben im Oktober ein Hotel für vier Personen in Mexiko iHv 1055,-EUR über Hotelsclick.com gebucht. Geld wurde direkt abgebucht, Buchunsbestätigung ging ein, allerdings sagte man uns im Hotel, dass keine Reservierung vorläge, da Hotelsclick.com nie unsere Zahlung weitergeleitet hatte. Wir mussten also noch einmal iHv 1000,-EUR buchen. Auf Mailkontakt antwortete nie jemand, die Tel.-Nr. funktionieren teilweise nicht und bei manchen geht nur ein Band ran. Es handelt sich definitiv um eine Betrugsseite! Ich habe mein Geld glücklicherweise über Mastercard zurück holen können. Finger weg davon!!!!

We have booked 3 nights accommodation at Iguazu fall in November 2018. The booking was made in June 2018, and everything was confirmed a week after the booking, and was paid in full. 3 days before we were due to check in, this website me to say that the hotel has a system error, and they have cancelled all the bookings, and they will refund the payment made.
Guess what, I am still waiting for the refund, and they have not answered my many emails since November 2018. I believe this was a scam and they are working with the hotels to scam the users.

Hice una reserva y me hicieron un cobro incorrecto. Reclamé y finalmente con una nueva reserva me cobraron correctamente. Mi reserva era para el 31 de diciembre pasado en París y nos enteramos que nos la habían cancelado unilateralmente en el mismo hotel a pesar de habernos cobrado. Un drama. Nadie se ponía al teléfono, menuda irresponsabilidad. Por si fuera poco temporada alta y en la zona q íbamos solo quedaban sitios caros, una ruina. Me uno a la denuncia colectiva. "THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!"

Last november 9. I booked Harbour Grand Kowloon through hotelsclick.com and paid through my credit card. After a day or two they say it was confirmed. On November 20, the bank called me that I was charged twice by Hotelsclick.com and I said that was a mistake and I will pay just the one on my booking receipt.

Then they sent an email that confirms my cancellation of my booking on November 29 but I did not see the email because I did not expect it since I did not cancel the booking and already paid for it! So when we got to here in the hotel (where I am writing this review right now), we had no choice but to pay directly to the hotel a slightly higher amount to get a room w/o breakfast, which is frustrating because we paid for the one with breakfast and we were already tired after our flight then my toddler needs to sleep already and expected that everything is okay, but it wasn't.

Tried calling them from the hotel, no one answers. Sent them an email, no replies. So there's NO SIGN OF REFUND at all. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

I wish I searched for reviews before I booked. My birthday was a disaster.

"No utiliceis Hotelsclick, cancelan y no devuelven el dinero"

Reservé con Hotelsclick un alojamiento en Barcelona. Un mes antes hotelsclick canceló unilateralmente la reserva. Desde entonces a pesar de reclamar varias veces el dinero nunca han contestado cuándo y cómo van a realizar la devolución del cargo. Únicamente cuando he reclamado a traves del banco he conseguido el importe gracias a mi banco y VISA pero no hotelsclick.
Mi consejo es que NUNCA reserveis a traves de esta web.

"nos han timado"

nos han timado, reservamos (y pagamos en agosto pasado) un hotel en barceloan, y en noviembre (un mes antes de la visita) y sin previo aviso nos cancelan las habitaciones y no nos han ni siquiera devuelto el dinero pagado, es una ESTAFA hotelsclick, tened cuidado

"Prenotazione cancellata e nessun rimborso"

A inizio ottobre ho prenotato un albergo a Vienna per Capodanno, pagamento immediato con carta di credito, ho ricevuto il voucher per l’albergo, sembrava tutto ok. Il 27.11 ricevo mail di cancellazione prenotazione (senza nessuna giustificazione) con “promessa” di rimborso entro 15gg lavorativi. Ad oggi nessun rimborso (dopo più di un mese), nessuna risposta alle mail, nessuna risposta dal servizio clienti. Sporgerò denuncia.
