It would be 5 stars for signal and connectivity.
What I didn't realise is that picture messages can not be sent directly.
It has to be done via WhatsApp or similar.

"Good for low usage customers."
Easy to purchase extra SIM for my spare phone. SIM arrived on time and well packaged. I am a low user so this is ideal for me. Minus one star as sometimes I get patchy signal.

"No Customer Service "
These are great until you need to contact them. I phoned twice in October 24 when I had an issue with data services and each time the phone just rang out until it cut me off. Chat bot not helpful just refers to contacting support by telephoning - impossible. Today I have a billing query and again the bot cant help and surprise there is no one on the end of the phone. No queue, no on hold nothing, rings out and cuts off. I am immediately switching over to another provider because when the chips are down 1p mobile is useless.

"Balance Thieves!!!"
I was given a 1p sim as part of my 8yr old sons birthday present in August - a gps watch for kids that allows them to call their parents from anywhere (great product by the way). As part of this I put £10 credit onto it so we wouldn’t have to worry about topping him up for a while.
Everything is fine, we can ring him to get him back in for dinner when he is playing down the road with his mates etc etc, until I get an email from 1p this week saying:
Your usage for the last 60-day period on your 1pMobile account was below the minimum spend requirement of £10, and therefore the shortfall of £8.76 has been deducted from your credit balance; your remaining credit is £0.00.
In the same email they told me my balance is zero and that I need to top up!!
So they literally stole my sons balance from him and now he cannot contact us when he needs us, until I go out and get a new sim or top up.
My 7yr old daughter has the same watch with a different 1p sim in it, so expecting the will steal her balance soon too.
Don’t go with this network if you want to keep your balance - would be cheaper getting a contract sim!!
No doubt they will say it is in their terms and conditions and that it is my fault for not reading them.. who does nowadays??
Terrible company, avoid

"Non existent customer support …"
I’m finding it impossible to reach customer service support (a person) to resolve a SIM card issue. I have been phoning for over a week now and cannot reach a voicemail or a person. Highly frustrating.

"Proper"
Simple no nonsense. Uses EE network but I actually understand why the hell is going on unlike EEs ripoff site where I load money and it disappears
