I've only had their SIM in my phone 2 days and have almost lost the will to live! What a rubbish service. Internet is appallingly slow and doesn't even work on some sites. If I could rate this waste of space company no stars I would happily do so. Back to EE.

"Appalling LACK of service"
I have been with 1p some time now and am pretty disgusted with their Lack of service. Awaiting a GPs phone call, 2 of which did not arrive. GP told me later they had left 2 messages, I received none. I called services to be told i couldnt speak to anyone as they were busy and Sat and Sun NO service at all. These calls were important. I am leaving asap.

I use it for tethering to the laptop and using IPTV. It stopped working on IPTV. They must have banned people from using it to watch illegal content. A bit of big brother telling us to behave. So I will be going back to EE.

After lots of hassles with other companies It was refreshing to experience Not only "Good prices" with no contract. But also "Clear". "Understandable" & "Speedy Communications" from Customer Service.
I'm so far very pleased and I'm here for the long haul if this sort of standard continues

Update as of 14th April 2025
Na! Na! That didn't last long either.
I applied to 1pmobile for a PAYG sim on 2nd April 2025.
The deal was £10 every 60 days.
Since then 1Mobile has taken money out of my Credit card account amounting to £78. Todays date is 14th April 2025.
I've made one phone call which was to my land-line to check that my sim was working ok. That's all...
I have tried & tried to make contact with customer service but its the usual message "We are serving other customers...!!!".
I'm 88 years old and on a pension. I only really need my mobile for receiving security codes when logging into most of my on-line accounts & staying in touch with my disabled house-bound wife while I do a bit of shopping.
With a name like 1pMobile I never expected to be hit with such a large amount of money and with no explanation what its all for.
I want an explanation of what this money is for and I want a full refund of the overcharge that has taken place including £48 for the boost.
If 1pMoblie is not agreeable to this. I shall want to cancel my account & take my money to spend with a company I can trust.

"Fast speeds but lots of connection problems recently "
We loved 1pmobile at first as the speed was much better than our previous provider. We use the SIM in a router in our holiday cottage to get broadband. And for the first few months we had no problems. But recently we have had lots of occasions where it just stops working and we have no internet . When you can get hold of them then the Chat function works quite well ( I gave up trying to get through on the phone) and they will reset it, but it has just happened again, this time on a Friday evening , and I have just found out online that I can’t now contact them until
Monday morning as the Customer services team doesn’t work weekends it would seem. Not good when I have weekend visitors with children :-( Will have to consider moving to another supplier, which is a shame, because when it works it’s great

I have been happy with 1p for several years now, but since my signal mysteriously reduced to near zero several weeks ago, they have not been able to provide any explanation or remedy. It takes days to get a reply to requests for help and it looks like I'll have to go elsewhere.

Not impressed with changes, Took two lots of £10.00 out after using internet just a few days apart, contacted customer service who said you have auto top, I have cancelled auto top up and once new companies sim has arrived will be porting out. Expensive and not helpfull, Phone lines were busy and auto message terminated the call once the speal was oover
