"Surprise charge for not using phone"

Introduced minimum £10 spend every 60 days without clear notice. Consequently I received surprise charge of nearly £9 for nothing and on complaining I was told to read the terms and conditions but this policy was not in place when I joined 2 years ago

"Smooth and easy transfer"

I was previously on a different supplier, and decided to transfer to 1pMobile as it offered a competitive monthly plan with a generous amount of data per month. The SIM arrived quickly, I obtained a PAC from the old supplier, and selected a transfer date. The transfer completed by breakfast time on that date, with everything working fine.

"Unauthorized transactions"

My experience is that this is a scam company.

They have made three unauthorized transactions of about £25 in total. I didn't make these transactions. And they came after they sent emails saying they intended to close my account.

They have also closed my account, so I can't even access my details on their website.

It was also hard to contact them.

This company should be totally avoided, as there are much better alternatives.

Excellent reception and super competitive prices. So far so good! The website is a little confusing but I'm sure I'll get used to it! A mobile app would be nice :)

Great, transfer of number was easy, set up was quick and simple. Everything good about EE And none of the drawbacks. Fair and simple pricing with easy to manage website that lets you see all your information and usage clearly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to change.

Can’t fault this company. Excellent service, just the same as I was receiving from EE but fraction of the price. Only downside is can’t be reached by phone but very responsive to their webchat.

Never had any issues with in the 12 months I have been with 1pmobile ... Just great service.

"STEER CLEAR"

My original review as below was 4 stars. I have since had the misfortune to try to contact customer service! It is impossible to get somebody on the phone, the AI chatbot absolutely lacks the "I" as it has no Intelligence and just repeats the same answer to a simple question it is asked.The Live chat was fine, until the chatbot jumped in to it somehow, cut the chat, and told me to call customer service or use Live Chat!!!! After an hour going round in these circles I gave up. So, if you want a decent mobile service they work okay, but if you have the slightest issue you may need to discuss, then JUST STEER CLEAR OF THEM!!

I would have given 5 stars, but relatively expensive for an MVNO, and unlike all other MVNO's they're mean with their calls and texts, whereas all the others give unlimited for both of these."
