"They charge £10 to pay back any credit due to you!"

Other than the billing issues I had with them and the draining of data after the ‘top up’ was used and then topping up with £30 (the usual £10 per month wasn’t enough all of a sudden) and finding that was only just enough after I decided to leave them, they charge you £10 to pay back any credit! So, daylight robbery anyone?!! Richard Turpin would’ve been proud of them.

"Switch from Voxi"

Moved from Voxi and brought my phone number too through a PAC code. I’m paying £10 for 25GB data package.

The sim took 5 days to arrive. Once the sim arrived I needed to log on their website to activate the sim, and I was prompted to provide the PAC code.

The switch over was a smooth experience and I’m loving the service so far.

Exactly what happened to others !

When I used this service all was good, connection, ease of setup, signal while my son used the SIM etc.

However I've not used the service since December
My card was charged £10 out of the blue and unauthorised by me. On my account:
- Auto top-up was disabled
- Account payment details were NOT stored
- My credit limit was still '0'
So there was no way that I should have been charged.

Awaiting a response from them but I’m contacting my bank . Not happy

Added my wife’s number from EE. to my account without any issues at all.

Was kept well informed of the switch over and was all completed on the day by 7am.

Excellent and easy communication throughout and always have an excellent signal from EE for a fraction of the price with no roaming charges and price rises.

That’s the reason while we left EE.

Switching to 1p mobile was the best decision I made and wish I had done it sooner. The porting over of my existing telephone numbers ( on 2 phone sets) was done within 24 hours and went through without any issues whatsoever. It is very easy to get answers on 1p's online chat with a person not a robot and they answer very quickly and politely, I was unable to get through on their phone number but if their online help stays as good as that it is not an issue. The person even followed up the following day to make sure I didn't need further help, this is exceptional service which I have never received with other providers. So from my experience 1p mobile provide great coverage through EE network and exceptional customer service. I would not hesitate in recommending 1p to others. If you doubt my review note that with a 30 day rolling contract what have you got to loose?

I’ve been a 1p mobile customer for over 5 years. Absolutely a million percent a happy customer. So easy to use the website and customer service is top quality. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
