Can’t get anyone in customer service. Phone is not working in Turkey when set up is correct and using correct network. Me & my husband both number seems blocked. No 4g either. Nothing works. Called the number in the text but no answer/busy. Another customer service number is no answer and cut off a few seconds later. Extremely frustrating. Nobody help. Really disappointing

Smooth switch to 1p Mobile. No issues at all. I didn't need to change any settings on my Pixel to get the service working. I wish there was an esim option to make things quicker to sign up -but I think that's in the pipeline.

A reliable no-frills service and very good value for money. I have not needed to speak to their customer service (a good sign) but have their AI virtual assistant is surprisingly more useful than many larger organisations’ bots that attempt to answer customer queries.
