So far the transfer to 1p mobile and porting in of my old number has been flawless.
The choice of bundles should meet most needs.
The website account allows you to turn on/ off various settings easily ( like voicemail or over 18 content).
I am getting 5g in my house where before it was 4g ( if that) with other providers ( including ee itself which I find puzzling).
Wifi calling is set up from the off if your phone is compatible.
Gripes 1 No app, 2 Divert when busy/ unanswered/ unreachable goes only to voicemail( I prefer to be able to divert to my landline)
Overall am very impressed and would recommend

Good mobile service, support WiFi calling and volte which I wanted. Packages are good value and the SIM turned up quickly. Been happy with service so far.

Truly appalling and avoid at all costs if you want to have any form of service. 3 times in 3 days I am out of data-each top up being £10- light use and it goes within less than a day- total rip off and far far better no contract pay as you go SIMS out there than this shower-at this rate if I used for a month they would want £280- avoid-digusted by their pricing

No answer on their customer service number . Tried for days at all different times.
According to their terms I don't have to do anything when travelling abroad however they disabled my phone so updates on a dying relative were not getting to me .
Ansolutely appalling and I'm going to the Ombudsman .
