Highly recommend this service I have scoured the Internet over different network providers and this overall provider is the best specially for broadband Internet access

Unable to get through to customer services as ironically phone line was permanently engaged. Was forced to use online chat which was tortuously slow.
Very disappointed.

Awesome mobile provider. Great service, great coverage, great price. I am so glad to have moved to 1p Mobile!

"DON'T USE THIS SERVICE"

When I used this service all was good, connection, ease of setup, signal while my son used the SIM etc.

However I've not used the service since January.
My Paypal acc was charged £10 out of the blue and unauthorised by me. On my account:
- Auto top-up was disabled
- Account payment details were NOT stored
- My credit limit was still '0'
So there was no way that I should have been charged.

I tried to contact them, however:
- The online chat is unavailable (on 3 browsers)
- The online form submission would not work
- After trying the helpline for 1/2 an hour without getting through to anyone, I finally received a message saying this line had been disconnected

So far so good - Not been with 1pMobile for long yet, but the EE network is great, the price is reasonable, and their customer service were surprisingly helpful when there was a minor glitch with my number porting. At this point I’d recommended them to anyone who will be ok with EE coverage (which in my experience is very good)

I became a customer of 1pence mobile and it is an amazing company, I used to be with EE but 1pence mobile runs off EE network at a fraction of the price.
Great company.
