"An excellent carrier let down by - still - no eSIM."

A good carrier; all the benefits of the EE network but none of the over-pricing and poor plan limitations that comes with them. 1P customer service is consistently quick and very helpful. Superb for how little they charge per month.

HOWEVER, the lack of eSIM in 2025 is really unacceptable. I get EE are the ones saying 'no', but come on 1P, you can do better than this. There is NO EXCUSE for not supporting eSIM. I have already waited *3* days for a SIM card to arrive. I tire of physical SIMs.

Give us eSIM.

Been with 1pMobile for just over a year now and can't fault them. Full speed data speeds, unlimited data, texts and calls. No contract, no price hikes, just an honest decent service.

Great, fast network. After two weeks of using 1p, I am absolutely satisfied with it. For now I think it was a right decision to move to 1pMobile. I would recommend it.

They mess with the tariffs constantly. Found what I wanted for my family at a cost of £12 in total, as of next month (it's happened in stages) a far poorer plan for all of us is going to cost £24. Not a lot, but no longer competitive. We're all heading to Lycamobile.
