I don't normally post reviews on Trustpilot, but I have to say that my experience with Vida has been pretty exceptional so far. I've had to call customer service a few times and had no issues getting through to the team and they've always been helpful. + Great saving account rates.

Like another user I had one email with a payment reference number which I used to transfer the lowest amount to check it was going through.
Next day I received another email with a different payment reference number which I have used to send another £100. They won't have reached my account yet so will wait and see what becomes of the first payment.
Set up was reasonably easy once it accepted my 2 memorable answers which aren't memorable to me so I have forgotten them all except the one genuinely memorable answer!
Update
Both transfers have reached the account which is good news.
