Colin Miles of Modern Loft Rooms came after a request to build a double garage at the bottom of our garden - the garage eventually turned into an office and out-house thanks to his advice and design comments.

The build was competitively priced by Colin Miles of Modern Loft Rooms and after seeing several different companies I chose Colin Miles’ company due to instantly getting on with him, the fair price and the ideas he brought to the job, which were lacking in the other companies interviewed.

After 8 weeks of building and then decorating the outhouse which consists of under floor heated wooden floor boards, two Skylights - cladding and rendered on the inside and out, along with electricity/power - we are very pleased with the final results which has added another dimension, as well as considerable value to our home.

Colin and team were professional and courteous throughout the process not only to my family but also to the neighbours.

Myself and family sincerely wish Colin and his team all the best who in our opinion are true masters of their craft.
