I had a faulty appliance, almost 1 year old. Got in contact, they very quickly arranged a replacement from the manufacturer, this unfortunately arrived with a scratch, but no problem another was dispatched within days.
Whilst you hope to not need customer services, it’s great to know just how helpful they are.

Missed the first delivery then rescheduled and arranged the item to be left with a neighbour if nobody was home , the driver didn’t even ring the doorbell he just threw it into our recycling bin and left !!
