Great customer service.
I ordered a Gazebo from Trading depot, unfortunately once it was assembled I noticed there was a manufacturing flaw with one part. I contacted Trading Depot, their customer service advisor Jemma Porter, arranged with the supplier to have the replacement part sent very quickly.
Its always easy to leave a good review when there are no problems, but how well a company deals with problems when they do arise is a far better guage of their customer service and this was dealt with very well.

i bought a retractable gazebo it arrived in good time, structure is flimsy had it up for less that 20min and had to take it down support middle bars bent on roof . i put this up on a lovely sunny day very little wind total waste of money. also the roof doesn’t retract !! i now have a structure that is bent and the roof just blows about in a light wind

WARNING extortionate return prices. I purchased a Franke sink and tap and the cost to return this is £168!! They charge 25% to return an item. WATCH THR SMALLPRINT !!!
UPDATE Your terms and conditions DO NOT state this which I did look at. This piece of information is hidden with non returnable goods/admin charges which I did not look at as I had already read your returns which made no mention of this????

Items great price . Communication very bad and delivery turned up earlier , which is a bad thing if you are ordering to a commercial property . Confusing delivery, with poor updates and communication.
I opened a business account, never got the password to set it up and was made to feel like a nuisance by Adam Levy.
Thank you for the reply Adam , I have still not received a password for my account yet and need to order other items ,
I ordered Merlyn and Hansgrohe items .
I received the Merlyn items and was told the Hansgrohe would be delivered to yourselves and then to me .
I got no phone call and they were just handed to someone , we are still looking for them . No name was taken and Kyle Newcombe has not replied to my e-mail about locating the items .
