"Water damaged doors "

I had an issue with a couple of bathroom cabinet doors that we had fitted 2 years ago and which had suffered some minor water damage. I couldn’t find my original receipt but phoned the after sales team at Trading depot, who after explaining my problem quickly found the sales invoices from my purchase. I spoke to Mohamed Hassan , who contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and organised a pair of replacement doors. These were quickly dispatched and received by myself the very next day . I can’t thank this member of staff enough, for his polite and professional service in rectifying the issue I had with these items . It makes such a change to get great after sales service these days .
The Trading depot are lucky to have this member of staff on their team and would definitely recommend using this company , as far as I was concerned , I couldn’t fault the service I received.

I had never heard of trading depot until google found you. I was after a very specific shower system, and not only could you provide it fast, you also were priced reasonably and could provide all the parts, where no other bathroom provider could.
I spoke to Adam Levy and he was FANTASTIC, I recommend him highly and he helped me ensure I had all the parts and internal gubbins to make it all work. He worked fast on the quote and sent a payment link as well to make it easy, and also sent me a personal note to tell me the order was received and been processed, a true gentleman who has great expertise of the technical elements. Received an efficient response from Nathan today from Trading Depot.

"Worst company to deal with sent a damaged item and wont REFUND OR REPLACE (meant to be 10 year warranty)"

Worst company to deal with.. they sent a damaged bathroom pan.. and now when the builder came to fit it… there was a crack underneath which we didnt expect as outside was just fine. When we contacted this company, was told that we should have checked and noticed it within 48 hours.. as its over a month, they wont refund or send a replacement. Even though this product had 10 hears warranty. Very disappointed and would advice others to NOT buy products from them. Whts the point of 10 years warranty even its unuseable before even installing it. I should have checked the reviews on google before buying from them.
