Very poor and very slow customer service regarding a returned item. Took one month of chasing for a refund they eventually did not give because they claimed the returned item was damaged. The expensive item was also returned to me and left by the delivery company on my front drive in the rain. They did not give a refund for the tap as they claimed it was damaged, but it definitely was not, I barely got it out of the box, because it was the wrong colour / finish. It was intact when I returned it. It was clear that they DO NOT HAPPILY ACCEPT RETURNS and try to make it as hard as possible. I do not believe the item was damaged in transit at all. Likely a tap they struggled to sell so they didn’t want it returning and did everything THEY could to make sure it couldn’t be.
I DO NOT recommend buying anything from this company. A really very awful and upsetting experience.
*Edit* I will write my genuine reviews in relation to this order about this company at all opportunities. The significant dent detailed in their reply did not exist when I retuned it and could not have happened in transit. And the responses when I chased for a refund which took a whole month to get to the bottom of were completely unsatisfactory. I am a genuine customer who returned an item intact (and the box where the dent was was also intact). The photographic evidence was sent ages after I returned it as well. The dent could only have happened by purposeful damage or trying to install (badly). And I did neither of those things. If I could give a zero star rating I would. DO NOT buy from this organisation
