"Ordered online - good experience "

Ordered online. Minor hiccup with Trading Depot getting the item from their supplier but once that was sorted, we got our delivery with no dramas. Brilliant item, exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a Rangemaster sink at a reasonable cost.

The order and delivery notification email just said it would be dispatched commencing 4th March and that their supplier does not provide any tracking data, but the driver would call me an hour before delivery.

I had no further notification re the delivery and it actually arrived, promptly, unexpectedly, two days later early evening. The box itself was open and the sink surround cardboard packing inners were all over the place. I said I would inspect it before taking it in, but the driver just walked off!

After checking it carefully, I found there was a dent on the underside lip back edge, that thankfully will not cause me an issue to install it I believe. It could have been a lot worse.

Have never ordered from Trading Depot before but I do like their website and range of products, so more than likely will do so again in the future.

Will just be more wary re the delivery aspect before deciding whether to order or not. The sink is as described and exactly what I wanted, so all is good.
