Ordered a gift for my son before Christmas and I am still waiting for a full refund ! Would not recommend !

Ordered on Saturday....got a phone call Wednesday lunchtime to say the item was out of stock despite their website showing it in stock (and still is!).
I'd called them, email and facebook messaged since Monday when I noticed the payment was pending. heard nothing back till Wednesday.
I will not be using them again.

Been sent the wrong order. Emailed the sales email twice no response its been a couple weeks now, calling the bank for a refund as they’ve shown no effort to help.

Ordered some patches online on January 5th. Some were supposed to be a preorder so I understood that I wouldn’t be getting my order until all the items were ready. I emailed on the 21st of January to enquire about how long the preorder was expected to take as the rest of my order was on hold as well. No response. Emailed again on the 4th of February. No response. Emailed again on the 5th of April to say I no longer wanted the order and wanted the order that was on hold to be cancelled. No response.
My order is still on hold as of June 9th! I would love for them to cancel it as I don’t want the money randomly coming out of my account one day (I was prepared to pay at the time, not so many months later) but it’s probably not a concern as I won’t be receiving it anyway!!

I ordered a RIF on the 30th for next day delivery, my orders on hold, on the 2nd I phone up and ask for an update as I still havent received shipping information. I get told that that for some reason the system hasn't taken my money and the order has been cancelled and I'll receive my money back into my bank account in 3 to 5 working days. On the 3rd I get a email saying my order is being processed? I phone again and ask what's going on to then be told they actually DO have my money and if I would still like the RIF, I said yes but only if I can get it for next day Saturday delivery. I was told as I have been messed around this wouldn't be a problem, brilliant. 2:45 I get a email saying my order has been dispatched with parcel force. Saturday comes "Consignment number:**********Service:Express 24Tracking status:AdvisedWe have no tracks for your parcel yet. The status of your parcel will be updated in due course. Its now sunday and I still have no RIF. I'm not happy at all. It shouldn't be this difficult ordering something online with next day delivery. Avoid online ordering.
UPDATE:
I phoned Tuesday the 7th due to the store being closed on bank holiday Monday and I got told Parcel Force no showed Friday and the parcel is still with them waiting to be shipped. I got apologies and a promise that my RIF will be with me Thursday the 9th as Parcel force will be picking up my order today (8th) well its now 18:47 and parcel force tracking is still showing the order not picked up. I will be phoning first thing tomorrow for the order to be cancelled and a immediate refund. Staff are friendly but this has been nothing but a sh#t show! Avoid.

Order is now cancelled. Refund pending.

I am not sure what those negative reviews are doing here. I had an amazing experience and fantastic customer service while trying to stock up on some GBB magazines. I will be coming back for some more stuff in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

They're very transparent with the whole purchase process and they make sure you will get fault free and tested products.
It's definitely worth waiting for the stock to arrive as very often they're the only ones in the whole UK, that get actually get hold of it. Especially the TM products.
Just please be patient with them as they're working very hard to fulfill all the orders as quickly as possible, and it means they can't answer all the queries on the spot.

I placed an order on 1st September, but nothing arrived yet. I contacted them via email twice, messenger and phone. No answer for 24 days. Avoid!!!
