It was easy and efficient to find the tyres I needed and make the appointment on the website. I had an email straight away with all the details I needed.
The booking system didn't match the fitter's though so I had to change the appointment time.

"Selling tyres it's more than just delivering."

Tyre were delivered on time and to correct place. That's why it's more than one star.
However if something after delivery goes wrong - you're on your own.
If THEIR contractor damages your car - they won't help you. "Contact the garage" answer is all they'll do.
Next time I'll choose seller who takes responsibility for their contractors or at least will try to help customer.

I ordered 3 tyres 3 weeks ago, they took my money and only 2 tyres arrived. I've emailed several times, called and spoken to them yesterday and was told the tyre would arrive by 5pm. It did not arrive. I called them again today and waited 24 minutes but no one answered so gave up. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!

What went wrong?
1. Tyre was not delivered to fitting centre and fitting centre knew nothing about appointment
2. ETyres blamed fitting centre as they should have had an email.
THEY ARE YOUR FITTING CENTRE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.Also as you pointed out, the email could be resent so this was irrelevant.
3. ETyres did not know where tyre was and blamed supplier
THEY ARE YOUR SUPPLIER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM
4. ETyres did not believe me and wanted to hang up on me, ring fitting centre to confirm they had not got the tyre and ring me back.
It was easier to walk 5 yards with phone and get fitting centre to confirm there and then, but I did feel somewhat untrusted!
5. ETyres then passed all the blame on supplier because they could not get hold of them to find out where tyre was and whether or not it would be delivered today.
Guess what?THEY ARE YOUR SUPPLIER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN!

Desperately in need of a new tyre, I was forced to cancel the order and spend more money on another tyre which was delivered to the fitter in 20 minutes.

The first fitter inexplicably rejected delivery of the tyres which left me in the lurch (hence only 4 stars). However, etyres went out of their way to find an alternative fitter who could install on a Sunday. So the quality of the fitter is perhaps beyond their control but otherwise good value and service.
