"Tyre fitting failure"

Booked a tyre to be fitted at home and made necessary arrangements but was told on the day they didn't have a tyre. Why did they sell me a tyre they clearly didn't have in stock? My daughter needed her car the next day so she has had to cancel her plans. When I cancelled they advised the refund would take 10 days and 'that's their process'. So on the back of a completely failed service where I now have to spend again to fix it, they make me wait a totally unreasonable length of time for my money to be returned. Buyers beware!

"Shocking service!"

This has got to be one of the worst services on the internet. Ordered three tyres and asked for mobile fitting. I then received an email saying the mobile fitter is fully booked. I ask for my order to be sent to a garage with immediate availability which DID happen, when I got there only two of the three tyres were at the garage. I went ahead and had my rear tyre done, the garage checked the two front tyres and said they were fine. I asked for the two front tyres to be refunded, two days of waiting and I still haven’t heard from them and they still have my money.

Ordered tyres and selected a fitting slot showing as available.
Paid over £1,000.00 and was then received email from the tyre depot that the slot wasn’t available, and the tyres weren’t in stock!
Called to request a refund so we could go elsewhere, was greeted with ‘it will take 10 working days to process’.
Asked to speak to a supervisor, the operator dug in and then threatened to end the call. Appalling service.

Easy website and links used for both mine and my wife’s tyres. Got to say tyres on the drive was great and saved a kind wait in the garage.

Ordered two sets of tyres - neither showed up to the fitters. Customer services were very unhelpful (promised callbacks which never happened.

Took me 8 phone calls to get my money back (which still takes 10 working days).

This was my first and last time I use etyres.

I opted to use an online service to try and see if it would be easier to source tyres and being able to select the tyres I wanted and the garage that was suitable without having to call up garages asking for prices. Well in future that's what I will be doing.

I booked for tyres to be fitted on a Saturday morning, which booked fine and everything, so I arranged for the vehicle to be transported to the garage. The day before the booking I was called to say that the tyres couldn't be delivered in time. I was obviously not happy as I had to the call and try and get the transportation rearranged too. fortunately they did without fee. The booking was rearranged for the Monday afternoon. As there wasn't a suitable time I had to take time off work to attend the appointment, again the transportation was arranged and everything was good. Until I turned up at the garage only to be told that the tyres had not turned up. The garage had been chasing throughout the day but with no response as to where the tyres were.

This literally left me stranded at the garage! No tyres and no way to get back. I called the eytres office who said they would keep chasing the delivery and would call me back either way. Did they call back? No of course they didn't. I then had to arrange emergency transportation to get the vehicle back.
Between the garage and myself we arranged to get in touch when the tyres turned up, which was the following day, so I then again had to take time off work and another arrangement for transport! What an absolute joke. Not even an apology or anything from etyres.

The service was a joke, the customer service was useless. will definitely avoid.

"Stay away. Recieved 3/4 tyres and unclear when I'll get the 4th"

Good prices and quick delivery to the tyre fitting specialist close by. However, they only received 3 out of 4 tyres so will need to go back there and instal the 4th tyre once eTyres manages to locate the missing tyre with their supplier. Not ideal as I'm taking the car abroad in a few days and the old tyre still fitted on the car is not in an ideal/road legal condition. I've been calling and chatting with them to get an update but they say no update from their supplier. Find their setup with a "supplier" a bit odd and if they would care about customer service they would just send a new tyre to the fitting specialist and then sort out whatever went wrong with the "supplier".

"Good place to get car tyres"

I bought two tyres online and it was easy. When i went to have them fitted they were quick to get my car in and start the fitting. The fitter was polite, friendly and efficient too which was unusual.
The price of each tyre fitted and balanced was very good and i will use ETB in Bude again as its local , flexible plus it was clean and tidy too.
