I was referred to etyres by my insurer following a puncture. The website was straightforward to navigate and pricing competitive. I ordered the tyre for a Tesla
on Sunday afternoon and it was fitted on Monday at noon. The major chains were only offering days later in the week. Etyres service was excellent

"Appalling communication and just not…"

Appalling communication and just not bothered about the customer. After many emails and failed phone calls finally connected with someone after waiting 19 minutes on the line when they said that wait time was 4 minutes.This was on 9th May. I had requested an order cancellation on 28th April but the messages were ignored. Finally agreed to cancel on 9th May and said I would receive a refund within 6 days. Still no sign of the same.

Garage in Chelmsford were unable to fit the tyres as they tyres they had delivered would not fit the wheel properly and would not inflate so old tyres were fitted back on.....when I called for my refund I was informed that it would take 6 days to be refunded which is totally unacceptable especially in this day and age! Ruby in the office was extremely helpful and tried to help as best she could but her hands are tied. We will not be using Etyres again!
