Very friendly. But only 2 of the 4 tyres I had ordered had arrived. I would have thought they would have checked deliveryies against orders

I had a little trouble finding the premises, mainly due to the sheer number of garages and the road signage in the location. The receptionist was courteous and friendly. Tyre fitting carried out promptly with no dramas, so over all very good.

I’m happy overall but there was an issue when we booked our appointment. E-tyres booking system is not connected to the tyre fitter’s system so we went to our appointment & there was no appointment. We rebooked for four days later. I’m perfectly happy with the fitting & overall experience but I’d recommend calling the fitter before you attend your appointment.

"Replacement Tyres"

Etyres were very helpful when I mistakenly ordered ordinary tyres for my BMW that runs on run flats . Soon sorted a refund for the original order and new run flats for the car . First class service from an online retailer, will use again when I need tyres.
