"Tyres incorrectly described on website"

Ordered a set of 2 conti tyres for my car which according to the website were run flat. You guessed it, the tyres arrived but the tyres were not run flat. The website is showing incorrect information. Still waiting for refund so that I can order from somewhere else.
Eventually received refund but had to wait too long. Etyres admitted that there was confusing information on their website and have apologized, even offering a discount if I was to order from the again. However, I opted to used black circles instead I have updated my overall score from one star to two stars as the company did admit the problem was with them and offered a full refund and discount on future purchase.
