Ordered tyres to be fitted at a local F1 Autocentre, turned up for the appointment only to be told they had no record of it. Apparently a known issue with etyres. Meant I had to wait around for 2 hours before they could get to me.

Went to get my tyres fitted at the centre which was booked ,to find out the tyres had not been delivered. Wasted our time.etyres could do nothing to help and refused to give a refund until 4 days .would not recommend this company to anyone. Waste of time and effort. A joke of a company

First time customer of etyres. Prices were competitive. The whole ordering process was very efficient with the fitting undertaken the following day by a third party. Will definitely be using etyres in future.

"eTyres poor fitting experaince"

The main reason I chose eTyres is for mobile fitting as one of my tyres was fully punctured. The tyre prices are nearly identical to those of several other online sellers, and they are far more expensive than Costco. I'm not sure if my tyres have been fitted properly because, after getting new tyres, I notice a slight judder at 70 mph. This could be because the equipment wasn't there to properly align the tyres. Also, when the tyres were fitted, they weren't properly inflated, so I had to drive the car slowly to Costco, where the tyres were properly inflated. Not a good experience at all, and I won't recommend them.

Steve from Etyres came out to me to remove locking wheel nuts that were overtightened by a national tyre chain. Simple process, all dealt with easily and sorted the problem for me swiftly. Really impressed and will use Etyres for my new tyres in future. Many thanks
