Unknowingly ordered two tyres that were apparently not appropriate for my vehicle. Due to circumstances I had to buy two different tyres from the fitting agent instead, they were fitted the next morning. I therefore asked etyres for a refund. They responded straight away and the money was back in my bank almost immediately.
