"Professional service"

An excellent service given when fitting tyres to my car the fitter turned up at the time given and was very polite and did a professional job.

It is with a lot of disappointment that I'd like to make a serious complaint against your organisation. You were supposed to deliver 4 tyres for me on Saturday 16th March to Trade Tyres. I ordered these tyres on Thursday 14th March. I even spoke to one of your customer representatives on chat who confirmed that all four tyres would be delivered on time.

However, when I got to Trade Tyres on Saturday morning. I was informed that only three tyres had been delivered and the 4th one would be delivered on Monday. This was unacceptable as I was away for two weeks starting Monday and wanted to get the tyres on my car changed before I left. As you can see, this has put me in a serious predicament. I am unbelievably inconvenienced due to the incompetence shown by you.

I called one of your customer service representatives who said that the only thing they can do is offer a refund. A refund is irrelevant at this point. What I'm looking for is compensation. I need to be compensated for the difficult situation and circumstances you have put me through. Please take this as a formal notice of a complaint against you.

I will be raising this with my bank. I will be writing negative reviews about you. I will do everything in my power to let other people know that you are not to be trusted. Your customer service, your delivery, your actual service has been way below any sort of acceptable standard. You have messed the customer around. You have promised him a service that you have not been able to deliver. You have missed your deadline.

And then to top it all off, you have not been able to make that right in any way. You are not an organisation that people can take seriously. And I will make sure that I advertised that. I am so disappointed that I put my faith in you and I will never again attempt such a thing.

"Wrong tyres still no refund."

Brought two premium tyres, booked with a local garage yesterday. They had installed the tyres only to find out they were the wrong tyres. When I advised the garage they said this was the ones Etyres had sent them and you would have to contact Etyres to cancel/get a refund. Still no response or refund from Etyres. First time using them, will not bother with them again.

Great value and a reliable fitting service. Highly recommend. The tyres were the best price we could find and were fitted and tracked within 45 minutes of arriving at the garage. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative.

If you are thinking of using this company remember to check the small print on page 25 of the T&Cs where it says dates are approximate? In others words when we let you down by not having your chosen tyres on the date you BOOKED we can fob you off.
First time trying to use the company and deffo the last. Back to local companies
