No tyres again, ordered 9 February to be delivered Saturday 17 February, no show. Because it was weekend they couldn't or would not do anything till Monday when they said they would phone back that never happened. So we phoned them and we were told delivery Wednesday afternoon to be fitted, arrived at tyre place no show again, phone up again explained what had happened said they would phone back before they close at 5.30. That never happened again, so phoned them again and she made up some excuse that the tyres would be there till the 28 February, well,do you believe her, No, so we had to cancel the order. Keep Away From These People, Excuse after Excuse. Do yourself a favour stay well clear.

I was let down by a large retailer of car parts and tyres who despite sending confirmation of the appointment booked claimed they had no record. Etyres booking was far easier and supplied by a local independent fitter whose communication and service was outstanding. Also the same tyre ordered was £10 cheaper.
