I bought 2 Dunlop Sport Maxx RT2 225/40R18 92Y XL tyres that developed a fault after 2 years they went out of shape causing noise in the car . I do very little mileage the tyres still had 6mm of tread left.
E tyres informed me they only offer 12mth warrantee.so I wouldn't be able to make a claim.
I later found out Dunlop offer a 5yr warrantee .

I needed three new tyres because, although they all had plenty of tread left on them, the age of the tyres resulted in some cracking on the side walls. As I only do low mileages, I chose budget tyres. I decided not to pay the £24 to have a fitter come to me, so I booked fitting at a local F1 Autocentres branch.

Etyres couldn't deliver the tyres in time for the fitting date and instead of phoning me to re-schedule, they just emailed me the evening before requesting I contact Asda tyres to re-arrange? (suspect they must be the same company) When I tried ringing them they were then uncontactable by phone after numerous attempts I emailed them to request cancellation which they ignored and still processed the payment. Due to lack of any customer service whatsoever - I booked with blackcircles instead who were £20 cheaper. I then had to pursue ringing them up again to try and get my money back until after about 40 mins someone finally answered and said they would put my refund request on a spreadsheet and someone would get around to looking at it in around 6 days, meanwhile I am incurring overdraft charges for their incompetence. An awful experience and am not sure why Asda want to be affiliated with such a poor outfit.
