"Rubbish tyres not at garage on fitting day"

Ordered tyre for next day fitting at a local garage, waited half hour at the garage to be told there is no tyre there. Emailed twice as no option to call Etyres and no reply. Emailed a third time and still waiting. Rubbish customer service and the people at the fitting garage have no control over when, or if the tyre will arrive, then I have to book the car in again. Wasting my time, fuel and time off work !!!

Booked an appointment waited all day, didn't turn up. Customer Services weren't interested so escalated to a complaint via email, their response was, it says in the small print they aren't responsible for the fitters. Customer Service is terrible and I'd not recommend them to anyone

Booked tyres to be fitted and had an appointment on the same day, paid, went to garage and they were outstanding (Protyre on Newbridge lane Stockport)

I made a mistake, did not shop around and chose E-tyres. I later found out that I could have saved £100-150 if I had shopped around. Going direct to fitters and even Kwikfit 10-15% cheaper.
So I wrote a review saying they were expensive and warning others to look around.
Etyres replied and said they has looked around and theirs were the cheapest... NO NEED TO LIE...
Then they replied to my reply and gave some prices and said they were the cheapest. Now they have 3 1 star reviews instead of just 1....
Etyres... Please compare the price at Kwikfit and have a ring around some independent grages and you will find out you price is 10-15% more.... as I keep telling you.

I wrote the review to warn others not to fall in the trap and make sure they shop around first.

I am sure I will get another "we are right and not the customer" reply back to this review.
