Very pleased. I ordered 2 tyres on the Sunday, & they were delivered to a local garage for an appointment the next morning .
I was also offered the option of wheel alignment by Etyres at a reasonable cost, which I accepted.
When I arrived at the garage I found that if I had chosen this option via the garage I would have been charged significantly more.
So I was very pleased with overall price & service from Etyres.

BE AWARE though. While purchasing my tyres, the website offered me an upgrade to tyres of better quality, at a cheaper on offer price.
I nearly took this offer but…
When I researched that particular type of tyre I found that they were Winter tyres. This wasn’t highlighted by Etyres , which is worrying as winter tyres should not be mixed with the 2 summer tyres I already had fitted.

"Appalling experience"

Very bad experience. Avoid by any costs! Placed an order on Black Friday, Monday they cancelled the order as no stock, despite that online the stock was available when order was placed. Now I have to wait 1 WEEK for my money to be refunded. Customer service experience extremely bad!!! Avoid these scammers!

Ordering a new tyre through tyres was very easy and it gave me an allocated time slot for fitting at my nearest garage. The price (with fitting included) was very reasonable for a quality tyre.

Ordering tyres simply select your choice and select your fitting centre. No problems very easy from order to fitting of tyres would recommend.

"false advertising, appointment slots not honoured"

We booked a slot in good faith via etyres only to arrive at Protyre in Eastleigh, Hants to be told the slot was not available. Not only this, the tyre was not in stock either.
The guy at reception said this is common practice for etyres, that they book slots and do not check with the garages that the slot is free (let alone the tyre being available)... he rattled off several other examples of it happening recently and having to deal with irate customers.
When any other company advertises something which is not available for sale, and for which they take payment, they are normally subject to legal fraud proceedings for false marketing... If you use etyres make sure you double check with the garage that the slot is indeed confirmed, the email confirmation from etyres cannot be relied upon. The main reason for this review and my anger is that my daughter is probably going to have to miss her driving test on Monday - whch she has waited months for - as a result of this.
