I ordered 6 new tyres from this company, costing £700+ to be fitted a few days after I ordered.

I received an email stating that they cannot fit the tyres on the day booked due to the garage having no slots available.

I asked for a refund and so far I’ve been ignored, as they want me to pick a day in a week or two. I need the tyres now as the ones on the car are barely road legal.

Disappointed that their booking system is not aligned with the fitters, and for the fact they ignore you when you request a refund.

Do not risk it. Drive straight in to the garage instead. Less hassle and you know your tyres will get fitted there and then!!!

Edit: 28th December 2023 - over two weeks after initial purchase and STILL no refund. Despicable company!

Ordered a tyre for the next day appointment.Got to the fitting garage at the correct time to be told that the tyre has not been delivered!tried to call but no answer after 30 minutes. Sent an email and now waiting for the response! I will keep giving a one star review every 15 minutes until I get it sorted.

Don't waste your time:

Booked an appointment with them, took the day off work for them to fit the tyres. All paid for on their website. They give you a very vague "some time between 7am and 7pm" time slot.

So was up early on my day off in case they came, after waiting most the day hearing nothing from them I phoned them to find they had no intention of coming at all and that they don't even come to my area.

Do not waste your time on this awful company that does not value your time at all.
