Annoying that no mobile fitters on etyres - that’s why I used them based on previous when they came to my house!

My selected fitter was all good except they had a backlog at my allocated time and I could not wait, so I came back the next day and all was great.
Bit annoying there wasn’t some modern fancy way to tell me my slot was full, but I think that’s the nature of the business as they work directly as well as via agencies like etyres.
Would happily go back. He checked all tyre pressures as well as replacing the damaged one.

This company sells tyres and offers fitting locally as if they have access to their bookings, but they Don't! Just went to F1 this morning only to be told that I need confirmation from them, not from the E seller.Took the day off for nothing! Shame!

Just hope that nothing goes wrong.
My tyres were fitted ok by a local garage but when one of the tyres had a tiny pin hole appear after a few months. I "raised a ticket" of the order on my etyres account.
With no response after a week I emailed customer services asking if a warranty would replace the defective tyre or should I buy a replacement.
It is now another week later and still no response. They show a telephone icon under "Contact us" but you can't actually contact them by phone. The icon links through to questions which ultimately end with "raise a ticket" with customer services.
Other on line sellers, Asda tyres, Black Circles et al offer up to Lifetime Guarantees.
This outfit don't even respond, which is plain rude.
They were a pound cheaper and their website is glossy but don't be fooled - Go elsewhere
