"Easy to do on line. Lowest cost"

This was the lowest cost I could find for the brand i wanted. Easy to order on line.

So easy to do. We ordered the tyres online, chose a place and date to get them fitted and that was it. Very quick to do, especially being so close to Christmas and no hassle. Will certainly use again.

Hay, I booked online and was there on time. So I had no issues.

Bad experience. Placed my order on line with a fitter of my choice. Got a phone call to say the fitter can't do it and switched to another fitter. Arrived at the agreed time at the new fitter and the tyres weren't there. Phoned e-tyres who said they'd ring me back and three hours later, no return call. Hard to imagine how it could be worse!

Ordered 2 new tyres and booked a fitting appointment at the time of ordering. Got an email 2 days later saying that they were unable to deliver the tyres to the fitter by the booked fitting appointment (which was still 4 days away). No explanation for this failure was offered.

I was asked to contact them via email or phone to rearrange fitting. Over the next 4 days I tried both email and phone on multiple occasions and never received any response.

When I eventually got hold of someone 5 days later their lack of customer service was appalling. They really couldn’t care less that they were offering appointments that they couldn’t fulfill.

This was my first time trying to use e-tyres and I certainly won’t be returning.

A terrible company that should be avoided at all costs. Tyres fitted incorrectly - no customer service and they don't respond. Scarily bad and they've cost me hundreds of pounds and a lot of time. They really don't deserve t be in business.
