"What a waste of time"

What a waste of time. Bought tyres twice! via their eBay store. Both times they cancelled the order. The first time they said there was some tech issue in an email. The second time round no one contacted me, they just issued a refund. I've been without tyres for 2 weeks and out of pocket for £250 ( it will be refunded, but I'd rather have successfully paid and have new tyres fitted). Awful service.

Was getting frustrated trying to buy tyres as most places now need you to book and then they need to order the tyres in (in the old days they held stock at the branch!). Big issue was that most websites said they could fit next day......right up until you got to payment, revealing the booking slots which were 5 days away - super annoying. Then i clicked on etyres and to my surprise, they could fit next day. Super easy to book and i took advantage of splitting my payments using interest free paypal - so even better. Worth noting, my 4 Pirelli Run Flats were £70 cheaper than my usual garage! Tyres were fitted by A&S Fleetcare in Ixworth, Suffolk. Fitter stayed late to finish my car, so fantastic service, would defo use again. All round wins, thanks etyres.

By far the cheapest price for the actual tyres I wanted, and fitting centre was only 10 minutes away from home.
Whole operation was faultless, easy to order online and pay, and the fitting centre was 1st class, in and out within 45 minutes, very friendly and professional.
Will happily buy through ETyres again.

Solid, hassle free experience, with excellent prices and superb customer service. Prior to getting my replacement tyres from etyres, I checked many of the other tyre fitters but came back to etyres based on price, but also HE Tyres the mobile fitter are awesome.

"Do not trust etyres"

Do not trust etyres, they use cowboy fitters who destroyed the pressure sensor on my daughter’s Fiesta.

When I reported that the pressure sensor was not working and I eventually was put in touch with the fitter, he told me the battery had gone in the sensor, and for a fee would return to fit a battery, he knew what he had done and wanted me to pay for his bodge job. Andy from Essex Mobile Tyres had destroyed the sensor, by I suspect ripping it out of the rim before taking the tyre off.

When I took the car to a forecourt tyre garage to check it, they showed me no sensor was fitted. etyres do not want to refund the £60 the cowboy fitter has now cost me.

Do not trust this company, etyres or Andy from Essex Mobile Tyres.

Pay a few quid more and go to a reputable company that does not hide behind a website and has professional and honest fitters.

Pay cheap, pay twice, be warned this is false economy, do not use them.
