Awful Awful Awful ... picked my hour slot and the fitters had my vehicle for 4 days - Fitters blamed e-tyres for not sending through all the tyres

Absolutely diabolical service.
I had a flat tyre on a Sunday and found the cheapest price on eTyres - it meant waiting until Tuesday but I thought it was worth it to save £25. How wrong I was!
From start to finish the service was abysmal. I was not given an appointment time and had to chase it up myself several times. I eventually pinned them down to 2:30-3:30pm but nobody turned up within these times. I rang the mobile number I'd been given and was told the fitter was "on his way" and he arrived at 4:00pm. Instead of simply fitting the tyre he'd been booked to fit, he took it upon himself to shout/scream at us that our other front tyre was bald (it wasn't), that we were committing a crime driving round with it (we weren't) and when we said the car had been MOT'ed successfully just 11 days previously, he made out that we were lying / deluded / mistaken etc.
My husband was annoyed by this and went in the house to fetch the MOT certificate, and by this point the fitter was sitting in his van, having refused to fit the tyre we'd paid for. My husband stood up on the ledge of the van to show the MOT certificate, at which point the fitter pushed him with both hands, causing him to stumble and fall out of the van. After a loud and angry verbal exchange he eventually fitted the tyre and went on his way but my entire family was shaken up by the incident. We complained immediately to eTyres and sent a detailed statement and photos but have had no reply whatsoever. Absolutely disgusted to be treated in this way by both the fitter and management. Will never use again and would sooner pay double the price than go through this shambles again!

Having had no response to my complaint, I emailed customer services again about a month later. I received a standard "someone will contact you soon" automatic email but have still not had a satisfactory response to my complaint over 2 months later, and nobody has even responded to this one start review which shows how little they care!! Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Overall I found them very helpful. I had 4 tyres changed to all-season tyres with pressure sensors fitted. I will think about using them again for car service

Knowing the exact tyres I wanted I took to the internet & typed the make & size into the search box.
A list of the usual suspects came back along with a company Id not used before, etyres.
etyres, not only supplies tyres but offered a very reasonable fitting service. I selected a tyre centre not far from me that could fit my new tyres the following day at a price which could not be matched.
I was very impressed how stress free & easy the whole transaction was.
I wont hesitate to search for etyres again.

"Fitter couldn’t have cared less."

Ended up cancelling the order after the recommended fitter couldn’t fit the tyres at the appointed time, stating that their own customers would always come first and that they’d get to my car when they could, but no guarantees. The only offered option was to leave the car with them for half a day which didn’t work for me. Fingers crossed that I get the refund as promised.

Easy and efficient to deal with, would definitely recommend and use again. Also very convenient with the mobile fitting

Great experience, once I had selected my tyre size, was offered a whole range of locations and their first availability was clearly shown meaning I could quickly chose the location that suited me best. I had one tyre replaced, quick and straight forward, and done and driving away within half an hour.

Great web page easy to find tyre size etc for a Range Rover,(several wheel dimensions) and at a very competitive price.
