I was away on holiday and got a puncture. I knew that I needed to change 2 tyres in the near future and , fortunately, the puncture was in one of them. I went in the eTyres website and found what I needed, at a reasonable price, that could be fitted near where I was staying.

Over £100 cheaper for a set of 4 than the nearest equivalent, and on top quality Bridgestone tyres too! Merityre in St Johns handled the fitting really quickly and professionally too.

Ordered tyres through etyre and used their mobile fitting option, the ordering process was great. Tyre fitter turned up and proceeded to destroy both my rims which he was fitting tyres to, then proceeded to cover the scratches in black paste to try hide the fact! Neither had a valve changed and neither was balanced!
Contacted etyres as I had paid them for the service, the response was contact the fitter it’s his issue! I’d done that and he’d basically told me tough so contacted etyres for help and got nothing!
Happy to take your money but do nothing to help when you get an issue.

"Smooth, Easy Experience"

Booked my car in for 4 new tyres and wheel alignment. Arrived early like most, it was busy but that is never a bad thing for business. I was advised it would be about 2 hours, which was absolutely fine with me. Had a walk down to Greenbridge had a coffee and some breakfast. Returned 2 hours later and my car was just being finished on the alignment. They explained the wheel alignment to me and gave me the paperwork to show where the alignment was and is now. They handed my keys back and I was away. Literally hassle free, and a great job done. Very happy with the service and will definitely be going back again should I need anything. Staff were polite and friendly. Thank you to them all and especially the fitter, unfortunately didn't get his name to mention him.
