Had to buy 4 new tyres and needed them quickly. Came across etyres when I searched online and chose them because they were price competitive, their website was simple to use and I was able to choose who I could use to fit them based on the proximity to where I lived.

Ordered & paid for 2 tyres.
Appointment time, date and place agreed. Received call from E-Tyres to inform me that they only have the one tyre available, but the remaining tyre will become available if we re-schedual the appointent to 3 days on. Ageed and E-tyres informed me that they would clarify by email. No email received.
Arrived at the fitting centre as agreed, to be informed that they only had one tyre!

E-Tyres customer services contacted and some 2 1/2 hours later, I receive a return call to inform me that they can't locate the other tyre....great :-( I accepted a refund to be made and was advised that it would take up to 6 days to arrive in my bank account. We'll see......

E-Tyres - You really shouldnt be taking orders for items that clearly you cant supply!

I really dont want to have to come back to edit ths review in the sub-negative, should my refund is late or none existent.

So I shopped around on many tyre websites and etyres was the best price and with local fitters. I upgraded my tyres with an offer on Pirelli Powergy tyres. Time will tell how good they are but my experience with etyres was excellent
